Helix IPTV UK problems

So this has worked totally fine all day, LFC v Spurs begins, and it just breaks completely, I'm glad I only booked a month atm but I'm wondering is anyone else having this issue? Chelsea game was fine as was regular TV but now it's just not launching any sport streams, no error messages, I'm pretty disappointed in it.
