LF: Stable Canadian/US IPTV service HD + chinese channels and VOD

Looking for a stable IPTV service with Canadian/US channels as well as chinese channels (specifically tvb, nowtv, fairchild1, fairchild2, etc). Must also have VOD (series and movies archive). Im located in Ontario. Sports and PPV are a great plus. Would require a trial to test. Any recommendations would be great.
