Trust worthy sellers

Are there trust worthy seller anywhere? I've talked to someone who bought IPTV services for few times and he was super disappointed with it due to sellers treatments. Are there any trust worthy IPTV service? My impression from the free trial is really good. I like it a lot! But I'm afraid I'll lose my money just as my friend told me.
