Gears reloaded vs gears tv

Can anybody explain the difference to me between Gears Reloaded and Gears TV. I see that gears reloaded is 1 connection and gears tv is 5 anybody can confirm or give more information?

Also, I currently have Area 51 IPTV and it’s great because it’s $7 a month and states 2 connections but I actually use it on all 5 of my TVs and it works fine doesn’t cut off. But they are experiencing problems now and don’t have the sports but gears is still working.
