Is TNT still a thing?

looking for a new service after mine(Squirrel) has been down for a month. I'd love to be on one that is fully indepenet/not relying on third party software as the back end if anyone knows any servers like this. Also if you run a server and can do a trial PM me. Trying to pay $10/month max.
