Channel List won’t show up on STB EMU

Hey, so I have this problem on STBEmu (Nvidia Shield) and the problem is that the channel list doesn’t show up (like the guide. ) I have had this problem since I first started using it but usually after a few reboots, it works. But I’ve done everything which includes creating another portal. I know my subscription hasn’t ran out and yes I’m connected to the internet. VOD works no problem but have issues with the live tv. I’ve tried clearing cache and still nothing. Anything would help really.
