Mag 324 no signal

Hey guys having issue with my iptv box. I just got a new tv (samsung smart 4k tv) when I plug in the iptv it says no signal. light starts on box but nothing appears on screen. When I connect the box to the old tv it works fine just with the new tv. Hdmi port and cable are fine because I use fire tv with it and had no issues

Any solutions?
