Parallels Desktop help

Well i need more software help than iptv help specially from those who know about Parallels Desktop .

So i have a macbook air , but i installed parallels desktop on 2 different account on my macbook , Why ? well i use to different providers first is cloudspal and the other is ozzyiptv so for privacy am using virtual machine and vpn , i also use paypal to pay these providers and to every provider i assigned a paypal account so as most of you know you can not run 2 paypal accounts on same ip you might get banned so Parallels Desktop is also a solution for that .

Now my question : Parallels Desktop is consuming alot of my laptop space ( 2 windows + my main ios ) so i want to know the following :

If i buy an external HDD and remove Parallels Desktop from my laptop but keep the 2 accounts , when i plugin the external HDD can i run parallels on that account ? or parallels must be installed on the laptop it self not external HDD ? and if it is possible to install it on the external HDD should i install 2 parallels in 2 different folder to each account ? or 1 Parallels Desktop is enough for 2 accounts ?

abit confusing and maybe no sense yes am also confused since first time i use a virtual machine .
