Ministra issued with Nvidia Sheild

I have recently moved from my IPGUYS service to NETTV. The latter works on Ministra player, so its taking some getting used to but on my Nvidia shield the Ministra app really sucks. I get constant reminders that Im logged in elsewhere, so I have to log back in, and sometimes if I exit app I have to enter user and pw again. This is not ideal.

In discussions with the guy who set up my service, I'm being shamed for not having a 'real box'. He's saying I need a dedicated stb.

What is your experience with Ministra and Nvidia Shield? What should I do? Go back to something that support STBEMU?
