at my last straw - fiance is gunna lose it lol

I recently got an IPTV through one of my customers. I got the formuler Z+ Neo with MyTV on it. The portal and the other server I'm not sure what it is but I needed to get NLA Hockey games (Swiss hockey) so he gave me that one.

I was using the bigger unknown server before and had so many issues with the streams being down, the box lagging, channels going black, information not loading you name it. He kept referring to my ISP which I knew wasn't it because I've got the 1Gig unlimited from cogeco (ontario canada) which is the max they offer.

Went in today and he said to use the Jio feed as its more reliable. I went on today and its still super laggy and freezes. I noticed its all 4K which I feel like makes it worse. I did a speedtest multiple times throughout this whole process, and here's my results

31.3dl/22.4up...15 mins later.....3.19dl/18.3up

today throughout the day.... 13.6dl/20.3up.....12.0dl/25.5up.....15.3dl/21.3up

last night 7.63dl/25.1up.....yesterday late afternoon 21.9dl/29.5up....21.5dl/30.0up

I've tried VPNs and they actually made it worse. I'm just so confused as to whats wrong. does it 100% need to be connected directly to the router because mines not...
