BuzzTV XPL3000 Won't update

I've been having some issues with one of my BuzzTV boxes. It was stuck in an infinite boot loop so I had to reset it to factory. With a fresh start it's on version 1.6, while I know 2.0 or newer is out, like my other box has. The check for updates option (accessed via menu left side when on live tv) does not at all work, and this is all I've been able to find with internet searches to update it...

Has anyone had this issue? Is there any way to manually do the update?
