Freezing/ constant loop

Hey everyone soooo I have a mag 322 with a wired connection. My connection speed is 600mbps +. My channels freeze/ back tracks 10 seconds and freezes in the same spot over and over. I’ve tried the unplug the router / unplug the mag box thing. My provider was no help saying it’s not on his end. Should I tell my provider to shove it ? Or is there something I can do like settings wise ? I’m not tech savvy lol so if you have some insight pls Dr. Seuss it down 🤣 pls thank you guys
