IPTV - Samsung Smart TV HELP PLEASE

Fellow Redditors, i call on your knowledge and expertise.

Samsung Smart TV, installed IPTV Smarters Pro. Whilst watching live TV after 20 minutes screen goes blank and then nothing. To get going again I have to press the return button. This takes me back to programming menu and small screen which is still black.

Selecting another channel, resets it and starts playing/working again.

Please advise work around or solution to this.
