ssiptv “Unable to Play”

Hi guys! So I’ve been using IPTV on an LG smarttv using ssiptv on my parents home. Last week the ISP came and changed the router and soon after my dad complained about IPTV not working anymore. I thought it may have been related with some configuration of the new router, but I’ve spent the whole afternoon there trying to fix it and checked the following: - everything regarding the router configuration seems normal and not different from what I’ve seen in the previous one; - I can play the same IPTV playlist through VLC on my computer while connected either by cable or Wi-Fi to the new router; - The TV is connected by cable (as it was before) - Other apps work perfectly - SSIPTV loads the playlist (I’ve tried removing and adding it again) - When I try to play a channel it eventually says “Unable to Play”

Any ideas on what more should I troubleshoot?
