A new competition for European national selections will see the light of day at the international truce in September.

What is the EUFA Nations League?

Hold on, we'll try to explain how the League of Nations works!

The 55 European nations have been divided into 4 leagues according to the UEFA coefficients, the 12 best teams are in Ligue A.

In January, UEFA drew the pools for the 2018-19 season. Within each league, there are 4 groups with 3 or 4 teams. The teams of each group will face each other in a round-robin game during the group stage which will take place during the international truces of September, October and November.

At the end of the group stage, the top 4 teams in the A League will compete in a Final Four in June 2019 in a knockout match (semi-finals, match for 3rd place, final) for designate the winner of the League of Nations.

The first leagues of League B, C and D will enter the top league while all the last groups will be relegated to the lower league.

World Champions are in the A1 group with Germany and the Netherlands. 4 beautiful posters in prospect for the diffusers but the missteps will be prohibited to avoid going down in League B.
