Looking for budget mainly UK sports provider

Am new to iptv. Have simple needs. Want weekend football/sports, EPL etc. Will probably watch maybe some us channel comedies. 24/7 popular shows will be nice. Don't need vod. Us/uk don't mind limited popular channel selection. Sportsnet world needed. Sky Main event needed. Bein English needed. Don't need international at all. HD/FHD with good uptime.

Let me know which budget providers are solid & consistent with any of the above offerings. Would prefer 5-8$. Also prefer non-cc payment.
