Raspberry 4 with Kodi: M3U not loading.

Hello,

I'm discovering IPTV and I added the provided M3U URL in PVR IPTV Simple Client but nothing happens, I don't see any channel in it.

My provider says that it's because the IPTV is too large but I don't find any limitation information on Internet. Is it real? Can you help me?
